This Privacy Policy describes how Elizia ("we", "our", or "the Bot") collects, stores, uses, and safeguards information when you add Elizia to a Discord server, interact with its features, or visit our web applications. We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining transparent data management in strict compliance with the Discord Developer Terms of Service and global privacy standards.

2. Data We Collect

Elizia operates on a strict principle of minimal data collection. We only collect information strictly required to perform the functions you explicitly request:

  • Discord Identification Data: Numeric Discord User IDs, Server (Guild) IDs, Channel IDs, and Role IDs.
  • Feature Configurations: Server welcome channels, goodbye message templates, autorole preferences, verification roles, and 24/7 voice status.
  • User-Generated Content within Bot Features: Saved custom embed JSON structures (created via /embed create), personal playlist track titles and URLs, and custom keyword autoresponder triggers.
  • Audit & Moderation Logs: Records of moderation actions taken through Elizia (e.g. warning reasons, moderator IDs, action timestamps) for server moderation log transparency.
  • Economy Profile Data: Virtual EliCoins wallet balances, registration timestamp, and last activity cooldown timestamps.

3. Data We NEVER Collect

We believe your personal communications belong to you. Elizia does NOT collect, record, or store:

  • Direct Messages (DMs) between users.
  • Chat logs or messages sent in server channels (messages are only evaluated in volatile memory for the specific command or exact trigger word).
  • Credit card numbers, bank credentials, or UPI PINs (payments are handled entirely peer-to-peer via standard banking apps).
  • IP addresses or browser tracking cookies from regular Discord usage.

4. How We Use Collected Data

The information we collect is used exclusively for:

  • Fulfilling command requests (such as playing songs in your voice channel or loading your saved playlist).
  • Delivering automated server features (assigning verified roles upon captcha completion, sending welcome cards).
  • Maintaining server security (evaluating anti-raid captchas and deleting non-verified channel chatter).
  • Managing account tiers (verifying lifetime premium access).

We never sell, rent, monetize, or share your data with advertisers or third-party marketing companies.

5. Data Storage & Security

Data collected by Elizia is stored in secured, access-controlled databases utilizing parameterized queries to prevent SQL injection and unauthorized tampering. Automated backups are stored in restricted environments accessible exclusively by authorized bot administrators.

6. Third-Party Services

Elizia integrates with the following third-party service providers:

  • Discord API: To send and receive gateway events, slash commands, and embed payloads.
  • YouTube Audio Streams: To fetch public audio streams and metadata for music playback via yt-dlp.

7. User Rights & Data Deletion Requests

You retain full ownership and control of your data. Under the Discord Developer Policy and applicable data protection regulations (including GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to request:

  • A summary of data stored associated with your Discord User ID or Guild ID.
  • Complete, permanent deletion of your economy profile, custom embeds, playlists, and guild settings.

How to Request Data Deletion:
Join our official Discord Support Server at https://discord.gg/37UXHDppc2 and open a Data Privacy Ticket, or contact our lead developer with your numeric Discord ID. All verified deletion requests are permanently expunged from our databases within 30 days.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our bot functionality or legal requirements. Material updates will be documented on this page with an updated effective date.
