1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting the Elizia bot to your Discord server, interacting with its slash commands (/), prefix commands (e!), web interfaces, or associated digital services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and remove Elizia from your Discord servers.
2. Description of Service
Elizia is a multi-purpose Discord application designed to provide high-fidelity audio playback, custom cloud playlist management, interactive embed generation, gatekeeper captcha verification, community economy utilities (EliCoins), and server moderation tools. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

All users of Elizia must strictly adhere to Discord's official policies. You agree that your use of Elizia will not violate:
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Automation & Exploitation: Using self-bots, macros, auto-clickers, or external scripts to spam commands, farm EliCoins, or bypass cooldowns.
- Disruption & Denial of Service: Intentionally overloading the bot, triggering crash loops, spamming API endpoints, or attempting unauthorized access to the database or host infrastructure.
- Malicious Content: Using custom embed builders, autoresponders, or welcome messages to distribute malicious links, phishing sites, harassment, hate speech, or illegal material.
- Raid Assistance: Using Elizia's features to facilitate harassment campaigns or server raids.
5. Virtual Currency (EliCoins) & Premium Purchases
A. EliCoins: EliCoins are purely virtual, non-monetary entertainment points with zero real-world monetary value. EliCoins cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or transferred for real currency, goods, or external services. We reserve the right to modify, balance, or reset virtual balances in the event of exploits or database migrations.
B. Lifetime Premium: Server owners may purchase optional Lifetime Premium upgrades (e.g. ₹99 via UPI). Because digital privileges and unlocked quotas (such as expanded playlist slots and custom embed limits) are activated immediately upon reference verification, all premium payments are final and non-refundable once activated, except where required by applicable law.
6. Service Availability & Limitations
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous operation. The Service may be subject to downtime for scheduled maintenance, updates, host migrations, or external outages (including YouTube audio stream fluctuations or Discord API rate limits). Elizia developers are not liable for any lost data, server disruption, or downtime.
7. Termination & Blacklisting
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate access, blacklist users or servers, or delete associated data without prior notice if any user or server is found to be in violation of these Terms, Discord's Community Guidelines, or engaged in abusive conduct.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
